Terms of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
The short version. Belly Birth Baby is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Tracking is free. An account is needed only to share your baby’s log, and everyone you invite can see and change it. Premium is an optional subscription billed by Apple that renews until you cancel. Apple’s standard licence terms cover the app itself; this page adds the few things specific to our service.
1. Who we are
Belly Birth Baby (“the app”) is made by Nibra LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@bellybirthbaby.app.
2. The licence: Apple’s standard terms
Your licence to use the app is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), and the App Store’s own terms apply to downloading the app and to purchases. The terms on this page add to the EULA for our sharing service and Premium. If they conflict, the EULA controls on the licence, and our Privacy Policy controls on anything to do with your data.
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
3. Not medical advice
Belly Birth Baby records what you log and shows it back to you. The nap window, week stats, the sleep pattern, the growth chart, notes and Ask are all based on your own entries. None of it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace your baby’s doctor, nurse or health visitor.
Ask your baby’s doctor about anything to do with your baby’s health. If something feels wrong, contact them or your local emergency services straight away. Do not rely on the app, its reminders or its Lock Screen timers in an emergency.
4. Your account and sharing
- Accounts are optional. You can track without one. To share a log you need a free account, created with Sign in with Apple or a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that Apple ID or email address secure; anyone who can sign in as you can see and change the logs you belong to.
- Who may use it. The app is for adults who look after a baby. Only record a baby’s details if you are the baby’s parent or guardian, or have their permission.
- Invites. An invite code works once and lasts 7 days. Share it only with people you trust with your baby’s log. Every member of a shared log can see, add, change and delete its records, and every record shows who logged it.
- Leaving and removing. You can leave a log or remove a caregiver at any time. Someone who leaves or is removed stops receiving new entries but keeps what their phone already had; we cannot take back data that is already on another person’s phone.
- Fair use. Do not try to reach logs you were not invited to, interfere with our servers, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why by email where we can.
5. Premium and billing
Logging sleep, feeds, diapers and growth, the nap window, the Log tab, Soothe, sharing, the Lock Screen buttons, Siri, widgets, Control Center, export and account deletion are free, with no time limit.
Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription that adds week stats, the 14-day sleep pattern, the growth chart, and daily and weekly notes and Ask (on iPhones with Apple Intelligence).
- Price: $49.99 per year or $9.99 per month in the US; prices vary by region and the App Store shows yours before you buy.
- Free trial: 7 days, for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Renewal: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings or from Settings > Premium in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel.
- Refunds: Apple handles all payments and refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The family: one subscription covers everyone invited to the same baby’s log, for as long as they are members of it and the subscription is active.
6. Your data
Your log is yours. The Privacy Policy explains what stays on your phone, what reaches our servers when you share, and how to export or delete it. You can export everything as CSV, and delete your account, at any time from the app.
7. The service as it is
We work to keep the app and the sharing service running and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors, and features may change between versions. Timers, reminders and sync depend on your phone, its settings and its connection. Export your log from time to time if it matters to you.
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, say so in the app’s release notes before they take effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
